After a lengthy career in my family’s construction business and with over 10+ years of senior management and leadership experience, I wanted to create a business that helped to bridge the gap that I experienced across many leadership training courses, programmes and workshops myself.
I began my own personal development journey in 2022 that led me to work with different mentors and coaches, partake in various personal development programmes and eventually becoming a certified NLP Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). I wanted to offer a service that allowed me to combine my years of experience and knowledge in senior leadership positions, with a passion and keen interest for personal growth. And so - Mair Consulting Services Ltd was formed.
I have combined my knowledge and skills with my passion and purpose to help people and their organisations to get the results they want in their work life and beyond. I am thrilled to be able to offer organisations and individuals a unique approach to leadership, to empower people to become the best version of themselves and to create high-performing teams across all industries and sectors.
