After a lengthy career leading the Procurement, Pre-Construction and Design functions within the Construction Industry, I combined my industry experience with my experience within Leadership & Senior Management to create Mair Consulting Services Ltd to offer bespoke consultancy services to businesses and organisations that could benefit from them. Over and above my procurement and management skills, I also have a very keen interest in Leadership and Personal Development that lead me to work with several coaches, partake in Leadership training and become a qualified NLP Practitioner.
I wanted to create a business that could combine my knowledge and skills with my passion and purpose to help people and their organisations to get the results they want in their work life and beyond.
