After a lengthy career in my family’s construction business and with over 10+ years of senior management and leadership experience, I wanted to create a business that helped to bridge the gap that I experienced across many leadership training courses, programmes and workshops myself.
I began my own personal development journey in 2022 that led me to work with different mentors and coaches, partake in various personal development programmes and eventually becoming a certified NLP Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). I wanted to create a business that allowed me to combine my years of experience and knowledge in senior leadership positions, with a passion and keen interest for personal growth. And so - Mair Consulting Services Ltd was formed.
I wanted to create a business that could combine my knowledge and skills with my passion and purpose to help people and their organisations to get the results they want in their work life and beyond. I am thrilled to be able to offer organisations and individuals a unique approach to leadership, to empower people to become the best version of themselves and to create high-performing teams across all industries and sectors.
